Hi my name is Teresita with over four years of experience as a night doula, I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 20 families during their postpartum journey. Prior to becoming a doula, I spent 10 years working as a nanny, building a strong foundation in newborn and child care, as well as developing a deep understanding of each family’s unique needs and routines.

Each family is different, and I take pride in offering personalized care that honors your parenting style, preferences, and comfort level. I approach every night with a gentle, attentive presence—supporting newborn care, feeding routines, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for both baby and parents.
